Western Community Hospital, Southampton

Wernick Buildings supplied Southampton University's NHS trust with a modular building solution for their childcare building which also required ofiice space.  

The modular building with a traditional brick skin and pitched roof, provides plenty of room for the Primary Care Trust’s office staff upstairs and a new 1063 square metre day nursery, crèche and training facility on the ground floor which also includes an outdoor play area.

ATB supplied aluminium casement windows and commercial doors on the project.
