ATB Systems offer a robust and durable Aluminium Commercial Door and Screen system, ideally suited to areas subject to heavy traffic such as entrances, lobbies and shop fronts.

The framework is constructed from strong 100mm × 50mm box type sections with a variety of options to provide rebates, glazing channels and transoms/mullions.  Whilst retaining excellent strength characteristics the system presents a balanced and attractive appearance.

Doors are available as:

Pivot hinged:
Double swing or with stops provided to allow inward or outward opening only. Hung centrally in the frame with bottom pivots and concealed hydraulic overhead closers. Double doors have flush bolts to the top and bottom of the slave leaf.  Our new flush threshold is drained to prevent water ingress.  Anti-finger trap hinge stiles are  provided as standard unless otherwise requested.

Butt hinged in a rebated frame:

• Using three heavy duty butt hinges per leaf.
• Inward or outward opening.
• Flush or low rise rebated threshold.
• Face mounted overhead door closers.
• Double woolpile seals and flipper seal.

Fittings:
As standard we fit a maximum security euro cylinder deadlock/hookbolt and internal/external pad handles, or a mortice cylinder latch lock with lever handles.  A limited range of other locks are available for fitting to aluminium doors, including a digital lock and an electric strike to work with a card reader or automatic entry system supplied and fitted by others.
Cylinders can be supplied internally and externally, or with an external cylinder and internal thumbturn.
Alternative handles are available in a variety of styles.
Panic bars or panic push pads can be fitted for emergency exit doors.
Door closers are available with 90° hold open facility.
Automatic door operation can be arranged if required.

Finish:
Natural Anodised or Polyester Powder Coated to a variety of standard colours.

Glazing:
The system which is not thermally broken can accommodate single glazing with 6mm safety glass or double glazed units. To comply with the current building regulations double glazed units are supplied with 6mm safety glass, the inner pane being laminated low-E softcoated, with an Argon filled cavity and warm edge spacer bar.  Alternatively 24mm insulated panels can be supplied to provide half panelled or fully panelled doors.
